The Real Deal This isn't another "account management disguised as hunting" role. This is pure, unapologetic new business development. You'll be in the field 50% of the time, displacing incumbent MSPs, and building a territory that becomes your legacy.

You're Perfect If You Have: Must-Haves: ✅ 3-10+ years crushing it at an MSP or MSSP (boutique firms preferred) ✅ Proven track record of displacing incumbent providers ✅ Deep experience navigating the Technology Solutions Distributor ecosystem ✅ Relationships with distributors like CDW, SHI, Insight, Presidio, WWT ✅ Bachelor's degree ✅ Based in or willing to relocate to Dallas, Indianapolis, or Milwaukee

You Excel At:

Selling IT consulting, managed services, and cybersecurity to IT leaders and CFOs

Building pipeline through distributor relationships and vendor-led opportunities

Targeting companies with 100-1,000 employees

Creating opportunity where others see obstacles

Working with Microsoft, Cisco, Sophos, and other major vendor ecosystems

The Numbers That Matter Base Salary:

$105,000 - $130,000

Total Compensation:

$220,000 - $260,000 (uncapped)

Territory:

Texas, Midwest Region

Travel:

50% (field-based role)
