THE ROLE We’re looking for a

high-performance Outside Sales Representative

to drive new business growth across warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, retail, and operational environments. This is a

highly field-driven role requiring daily in-person prospecting . Approximately

70% of your time will be spent in the field

— visiting facilities, meeting decision-makers, and building relationships face-to-face.

❌ This is NOT an inbound-heavy role - This is NOT an order-taking role.



This is a true hunter position and you will: Build pipeline from scratch through cold outreach & in-person prospecting Own the full sales lifecycle (prospect → close → grow) Develop long-term client relationships and systematically grow total account value Sell into warehouse operators, plant managers, logistics leaders, procurement & facility leadership Prospect and penetrate larger “elephant” enterprise accounts Help transition the company from transactional selling to value-based, lifetime account growth

WHO THIS IS FOR?

You might be a fit if you: ✔ Have 3–7 years of B2B service sales experience ✔ Have proven, measurable new business production ✔ Are comfortable generating your own pipeline (no hand-holding, no inbound dependency) ✔ Love being in the field and winning face-to-face ✔ Understand lifecycle selling and long-term account development ✔ Are gritty, resilient, and highly accountable ✔ Want uncapped earning potential ✔ Are looking for a long-term home — not a short-term stop ✔ Thrive in operational / blue-collar selling environments ✔ Are a team player who wants to build something bigger than yourself If you need heavy inbound support or struggle with self-generated prospecting, this won’t be the right fit.

COMPENSATION Base Salary: ~$60,000 Ramp Bonus: $10K–$15K Year 1 OTE: $85K–$105K Year 2 Target: $120K+ Uncapped commissions Company vehicle provided Commission structure rewards
