is seeking a
Commercial Real Estate Associate
to join its growing real estate practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys on
sophisticated transactions across a broad range of asset classes.
Position Overview: The associate will support and
manage commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing , representing developers, lenders, investors, and corporate clients in complex matters
throughout North Carolina and beyond .
Responsibilities: Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and development agreements Handle due diligence review, including title, survey, zoning, and financing documentation Support and manage commercial lending transactions and loan documentation Coordinate closings and work directly with clients, lenders, and opposing counsel Advise on risk mitigation and transaction structuring issues
Qualifications: 2 plus years
of experience in a corporate/real estate practice Strong drafting and negotiation skills Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and/or commercial lending North Carolina Bar admission required Ability to manage multiple transactions in a collaborative, client-focused environment
