Senior Commercial Real Estate Attorney
to join its
Charlotte, North Carolina office .
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and leasing. This role is well suited for an entrepreneurial attorney interested in expanding their practice within a collaborative and business-focused firm environment.
Responsibilities Represent clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, disclosure agreements, development agreements, and commercial leases Manage transactions from inception through closing with substantial client interaction and minimal supervision
Qualifications Licensed and in good standing in North Carolina Admission in South Carolina is preferred but not required 4+ years of commercial real estate experience, particularly with complex transactions Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
