Myrick Recruiting, LLC has partnered with an established manufacturing company on a Regional Sales Rep opportunity responsible for developing new accounts and managing accounts in the Architectural and Construction sectors. Will be responsible for Houston and surrounding markets.
Responsibilities: Develop and achieve Annual Territory Sales Plan which sets revenue, profitability and market growth targets. cold calling, presentation development, delivery, and closing deals. Partner with Operations to meet client's needs. Maintain accurate reports and database records of customer contacts/activities and transactions.
Requirements: 4 plus years business to business sales experience, preferably specific to the Architectural, Building Supplies, and Construction sectors Bachelor’s degree or related experience or an equivalent education and experience combination Time management and strong presentation skills Previous experience with estimating, blueprints, CAD helpful Previous experience with the transportation sector ideal Previous experience working from a home office or out in the field daily. Goal oriented, commission motivated, solid work ethic.
