Position: Service Sales/Account Executive
Manage existing and develop new accounts in the Houston metroplex.
Sell service agreements, repairs and changeouts to new and existing customers.
Sell Service Agreements and handle service agreement renewals to customers.
Responsible for customer relationship management and entertainment.
Develop and drive scopes on new key projects where applicable.
Identify decision makers for potential and existing accounts and provide quotes, budgets and account specific communications.
Verify scopes and hours for large key projects with service project manager.
Work closely with Service Dispatcher for account specific billing.
Inquire, when requested, as to status of payment of certain invoices.
Compensation package depends on experience. Entry level will be considered as well.
Service Sales/Account Executives will report to the General Manager but work hand & hand with the Service Support staff (Dispatcher and Operations).
