We are partnering with a well-established B2B services company that supports construction and commercial job sites throughout the Central Valley. We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to take ownership of the Fresno-area territory and drive meaningful growth.
This is not a desk job. This is a boots-on-the-ground, relationship-driven role where visibility, persistence, and follow-through directly impact your success.
What You’ll Do Own and grow a defined Fresno territory Manage and expand existing accounts while actively prospecting new customers Conduct regular job site visits and walkthroughs Build strong relationships with contractors, site supervisors, and procurement teams Prepare pricing, quotes, and proposals with confidence Meet clear activity goals for visits, calls, and CRM tracking Partner with inside sales and operations to deliver exceptional service

What We’re Looking For 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience Proven ability to grow a territory and win new business Strong communication and negotiation skills Comfort in job site environments and field-based selling CRM proficiency and strong organizational skills Valid California driver’s license
Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $65,000 to $75,000 plus commission Comprehensive medical options Company contributes 70 percent toward employee-only base medical plan Dental and vision coverage $15,000 employer-paid life insurance
