Role Description
This is an on-site Sales Consultant / Closer position located in Miami, FL.
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for converting consultations into treatment plans, enrolling clients into memberships, selling high-ticket aesthetic packages, and ensuring an exceptional luxury client experience from start to finish.
This is not a passive retail role, but a performance-driven sales position.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-person consultations and recommend treatment plans Present and sell customized high-ticket treatment plans Convert leads into paying clients Sell memberships and high-ticket packages Follow up consistently with prospects via CRM, phone, and messaging Maintain accurate client records and sales tracking Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and KPI goals Collaborate with providers and front desk team to maximize client satisfaction Upsell and cross-sell treatments strategically
Qualifications
Proven sales experience (medspa, aesthetics, retail luxury, or high-ticket sales preferred) Strong closing and objection-handling skills Confident discussing investment-level treatments ($1,500–$6,000+) Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Goal-oriented and comfortable working with performance metrics Highly organized and disciplined with follow-up systems Emotionally intelligent and relationship-focused Professional, polished, and well-presented Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
