
Account Manager (Pennsauken)

Our Client in Pennsauken, New Jersey is seeking an Account Manager for their office. This is a Temp to Hire or Direct Hire position, paying $50K-$60K/yr. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, with the ability to work from home on Fridays!
The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of law firm clients. The ideal candidate will work closely with the SEO, content, web development, social media, and paid media teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively while maintaining strong, trusted client relationships. This is a client-facing role that combines relationship management, strategic thinking, and campaign oversight.
Job Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned law firm clients Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication Lead regular client calls, including monthly reporting and strategy discussions Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customized digital marketing strategies Review client websites and marketing campaigns to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with SEO best practices Analyze performance reports, rankings, and campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Proactively recommend strategy adjustments, additional services, or campaign enhancements when appropriate Coordinate website updates and marketing requests on behalf of clients Proofread content and website updates for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency Support onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth transition from sales to account management As needed, participate in sales calls or client meetings to support relationship building and growth
Experience and Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing account management or client success Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to analyze campaign performance and communicate insights clearly to clients Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Experience with SEO, content marketing, and/or paid digital advertising a plus Proficiency with common digital tools and reporting platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
