Day-to-Day: Insight Global is looking for an account executive to work for one of our client's based out of Kansas City, in their Phoenix, AZ office. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the customer relationship, ensure customer satisfaction, and negotiate any updates in terms all after the sales executive has onboarded a new customer. Essentially, after a sales executive gets new business, this person will be responsible for managing the book of business. On occasion, this role may require that you provide new quotes for financing upon customer request and also try to upsell this book of business. There is no cold calling involved in this role and will only be outbound calls to existing customers. This position is an in office role. For the first 6-12 months of the training period, this position will require this person to be fully onsite. After that initial training period, the role will move into a hybrid schedule. The only travel in this role would be a couple of times a year if there was an event to attend in the area!
Additional Notes: Work Hours: 8AM - 4:30PM with 30 minute lunch Would be good with to be someone who has ambition for finance and account management space for this role
