Position Overview The Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in generating new business and growing existing accounts through proactive outreach, strong relationship management, and consistent follow-through. This position requires someone who is confident on the phone, motivated by results, and energized by the opportunity to help build the business while delivering exceptional customer service.

$50k - $60k a year with generous commission structure

Key Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound sales activities to generate new business, grow existing accounts, and achieve revenue goals. Present products, pricing, and solutions effectively while identifying customer needs and closing sales opportunities. Maintain consistent follow-up on leads, quotes, and customer inquiries to drive conversions and ensure a positive customer experience. Accurately process orders and maintain CRM records to support sales tracking, reporting, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, timely delivery, and issue resolution. Develop strong product knowledge and provide customer insights and market feedback to support sales strategy and business growth.

Qualifications 1+ year of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related sales role (B2B or B2C) Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customer decisions Comfortable with outbound outreach, follow-ups, and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously Customer-focused with a consultative approach to identifying needs and presenting solutions Experience using CRM systems and order entry tools preferred Ability to learn product features quickly and communicate value to diverse customer types Goal-oriented, organized, and detail-driven with strong follow-through
