Technology Transactions Midlevel Associate
Our client is a top Am law firm, seeking a midlevel We are seeking a mid-level associate for its world-known technology transactions practice in San Francisco, Santa Monica, Silicon Valley, or New York. The salary for this position is between $260k to $390k.
Qualifications 3+ years of substantial experience in IP and contract law, including complex commercial, technology transactions and IP licensing. Additional experience advising on intellectual property/commercial aspects of M&A and other corporate transactions. Excellent academic credentials are required. State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice, or eligibility to become admitted to prepared to sit for bar exam. Strong communication and client-interfacing skills; team focused.
