experienced Account Manager
to take ownership of existing accounts where agreements are already in place, with a focus on
expanding our footprint and growing revenue
across an engaged client base.
This is a brand-new role within our NYC team, offering the opportunity to step into a warm desk with established
agreements
and build upon it to maximize success.
What You’ll Do: Manage and grow existing client accounts with active agreements in place. Deepen relationships by understanding client needs and expanding services offered. Partner with recruiters to deliver top Data & AI talent to clients. Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within current accounts. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring excellent client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with leadership to shape account growth strategies. Drive new business development by identifying, pursuing, and securing new client partnerships to expand our portfolio.
What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in contract recruitment is a must. Strong account management or client services background within recruitment. Business development mindset with the ability to expand existing agreements. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of Data & AI, tech, or related industries is a plus. Entrepreneurial approach and desire to grow within a fast-scaling business.
