Sales Representative Territory: Northern & Central Pennsylvania, Eastern Ohio, Parts of Central New York

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Representative to manage and grow an established oil & gas territory. This role focuses on selling lubricants, glycol-based fluids, compressor oils, and related petroleum products to natural gas producers and industrial customers.

This is a field-heavy position requiring strong relationship-building skills, comfort in industrial environments, and the ability to operate independently while managing a defined territory.

What You’ll Do Business Development Identify and secure new customers within oil & gas and industrial markets Develop and execute territory growth strategies Conduct regular field visits to well sites, production facilities, and customer offices Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities Maintain and manage a structured opportunity pipeline Account Management Strengthen relationships with existing customers Monitor product usage and anticipate demand Coordinate deliveries with internal logistics teams Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Market Intelligence Monitor competitor activity and pricing trends Track drilling and infrastructure activity within the territory Provide regular territory updates and forecasting

What We’re Looking For Required: 3+ years of outside sales experience Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-starter comfortable working independently in a field-based role Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within territory Preferred: Experience in oil & gas, petroleum, chemical distribution, or industrial sales Experience selling bulk fluids such as lubricants, glycol, antifreeze, or related products Familiarity with natural gas operations and field environments CRM experience
