Our client, an established global apparel organization with a broad portfolio of lifestyle brands, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to oversee its off-price channel business. Based in South Florida, this role will lead national account strategy, expand key retail partnerships, and drive revenue growth within the value-tier segment. The ideal candidate has extensive experience working with national discount retailers and a strong command of the off-price landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement nationwide growth strategies for the off-price/value retail segment - Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with major discount retail accounts - Oversee revenue planning, forecasting, and margin management across assigned accounts - Coordinate with planning and production teams to align inventory strategies with retail demand - Partner cross-functionally with merchandising and product teams to ensure channel-appropriate assortments - Evaluate market trends, pricing structures, and competitive activity to guide strategic decisions - Travel to retail headquarters, regional offices, and industry events as needed
Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of sales leadership experience within the off-price or value-tier apparel sector - Proven track record managing national discount or value-focused accounts - Strong knowledge of retail financial metrics and inventory performance indicators - Bachelor’s degree required - Proficiency with business systems and CRM platforms - Ability to convert market insights into scalable sales strategies
