Associate Attorney – Real Estate / Business Law (2+ Years Experience)
We are seeking an
associate-level attorney
with
at least 2 years of experience
in
real estate and/or business law
to join a growing, collaborative practice with offices in Dallas
Responsibilities include: Drafting and reviewing real estate and business agreements Handling commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and finance. Advising clients on business formation, governance, and contracts Assisting with due diligence and closings Working directly with clients under partner supervision
Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing in Texas (or ability to waive in) Minimum
2+ years
of relevant experience Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently
