Real Estate Associate (2-6 Years | Classes 2020–2024)

About the Opportunity

A leading international law firm is seeking a 2-6 year Real Estate Associate to join its market-leading real estate platform.

This is an opportunity to work within a globally respected firm known for its strength across energy, infrastructure, private equity, finance, and real estate. What the Team Does

The Real Estate group advises sponsors, developers, investors, and financial institutions on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including:

Acquisitions and dispositions Joint ventures Purchase and sale agreements Leasing of commercial real properties Real estate finance and development (a plus, but not required)

Associates work on stimulating, challenging matters and are given early exposure to complex deal structures.

What the Firm Is Looking For

2-6 years (Classes 2020-2024) of commercial real estate experience Experience in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, leasing Large law firm background preferred Real estate finance and development experience is a plus Strong academic credentials Collaborative, personable candidates who thrive in team environments

The firm places significant emphasis on personality fit and professionalism alongside technical skill.

Hours & Compensation

1,900-hour billable target Up to

150 hours of legal development work

(including pro bono and recruiting) creditable toward target Market-standard (Cravath-scale) compensation Supplemental bonuses available for associates billing 2,150+ hours
