Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Account Manager based in Greensboro, NC. The Territory Account Manager will oversee and grow a specific sales and client service territory. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, providing outstanding customer service, preparing proposals and quotations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure reliable equipment delivery and satisfaction of customer rental needs. The role requires monitoring market trends and providing feedback to support business growth strategies.

Qualifications Sales, Account Management, and Client Relationship skills Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities Ability to conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities Familiarity with industrial equipment, including rental operations Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in the equipment rental industry or a related field is a plus Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
