Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Fort Worth, TX. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing accounts efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include addressing client inquiries, developing and executing strategies to meet revenue goals, tracking account progress, and ensuring timely communication and follow-ups. The role will also involve client presentations, preparing quotes, and providing expert knowledge about Royal Wood Products’ offerings.
Qualifications
Account management and customer relationship management skills
Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
Prior experience in the building materials or construction industry is considered a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
