Ideal candidates will have: 5+ years of experience in driving client success, growing revenue, and building lasting relationships in a busy B2B environment Ability to develop and maintain an expert-level understanding of the company platform, including functionality, pricing, and client-specific programs and products Previous experience documenting, organizing, and communicating client requirements to support detailed project planning and execution Proven track record of sales growth and client retention, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Proficiency in MS Office Suite and technical ability to learn new software
