Company Description Our client is a fast-growing, venture-backed AI software company building domain-specific solutions for the insurance industry. Their platform automates complex, high-value workflows used by enterprise insurance carriers, MGAs, brokers, and reinsurers—helping teams make faster, more accurate decisions at scale. Backed by top-tier investors and experiencing rapid revenue growth, the company is entering its next phase of scale and is expanding its go-to-market team to support strong inbound demand and ambitious ARR targets. This role is being posted by a recruiting agency on behalf of our client.

What You Will Do Own the full enterprise sales cycle from qualified lead to close, including discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and contract execution Partner closely with SDRs and marketing to develop and convert a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows and pain points within the insurance ecosystem Position a sophisticated AI product to executive-level stakeholders and technical buyers Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting using CRM tools Actively contribute feedback on product positioning, messaging, and pricing based on customer conversations Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings

Ideal Candidate Background 3–5+ years of full-cycle closing experience as an Enterprise Account Executive at a technology or software company Proven experience selling into the insurance or InsurTech ecosystem (carriers, brokers, MGAs, or related platforms) Track record of closing six-figure ACV deals and managing enterprise-level sales cycles Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders Comfortable with outbound sales, ambiguity, and building processes as the company scales

Preferred Experience selling AI, data, or workflow automation products Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, or similar platforms History of consistent performance, promotions, or increasing deal size/quota responsibility Ability to travel periodically for customer meetings and industry events

Compensation, Benefits, and Other Details Base Salary:

$150,000 – $200,000 On-Target Earnings:
