Investigation & Case Development • Investigate cases from all angles • Coordinate witness statements • Obtain surveillance and public records • Analyze liability disputes and insurance defenses • Communicate directly with insurance adjusters when appropriate

Organization & File Management • Maintain organized digital files • Ensure all documentation is properly saved and labeled • Keep cases litigation-ready at all times • Track deadlines and follow-ups • Aggressively move files forward without waiting to be told

Required Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of personal injury pre-litigation experience • Fluent in Spanish (speaking and writing required) • Demonstrated experience handling medical records and lien negotiations • Experience drafting Open Records Requests • Experience requesting body camera footage • Strong understanding of insurance claims processes • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Self-starter with the ability to work independently

Technology Requirements

We are an AI-forward law firm. Technology proficiency is mandatory.

Candidate must be comfortable with: • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) • Case management systems • Cloud-based file systems • Email organization and digital task management • Learning new AI tools and legal automation systems

Basic computer competency is a must. We expect confident, efficient daily usage of modern legal technology.

Ideal Candidate Traits • Detail-oriented and organized • Proactive and solution-driven • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment • Confident handling insurance adjusters and lien departments • Professional and empathetic with clients • Calm under pressure • Aggressive about moving cases toward resolution

Compensation & Growth • Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 (based on experience) • Quarterly performance bonuses • Annual performance-based raises • Opportunity for long-term growth within a high-level personal injury practice • Paid health insurance • 401k • PTO
