Salary - $75,000 - $85,000 + bonus Room for growth, Stability and Work life balance 3-5+ years of experience desired Law Firm experience is a must in office
Responsibilities: Organize and maintain files from the inception of the case through completion, including electronic filing Knowledge of the open/close file procedures to include conflict checks, new client procedures and proper closing procedures. Maintains attorneys’ calendars including planning and scheduling conferences; teleconferences; depositions; makes travel arrangements; recording and monitoring court appearance dates, pleadings and filing requirements. Prepares documents by formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data and graphics. Identify the proper technology resources to effectively and efficiently complete tasks. Maintains updated correspondence and pleadings files as to filing, indexing, and creating sub-files. Utilizing electronic resources as the predominate method of filing. Prepares and coordinates efiling
Qualifications An associate’s degree, business school certificate or related education is preferred. Experience may be substituted for a combination of the educational requirements Proficient in MSWord, Outlook, Excel, 3+ years of litigation legal administrative experience in a law firm environment is preferred
