Cleveland-based litigation firm
that is seeking a
Senior Attorney / Equity Partner
to join its Insurance Defense or Business/Commercial Litigation practice. This is a strategic growth opportunity with leadership potential and a path to equity participation. Key Responsibilities: Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution, including trial, arbitration, or settlement. Conduct depositions, discovery, motion practice, hearings, and court appearances. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with strong analytical and advocacy skills. Represent clients in mediations, negotiations, and other dispute resolution proceedings. Contribute to firm growth through client development, collaboration, and strategic planning.
Qualifications: Admission to the Ohio Bar and in good standing. Experience handling Insurance Defense and/or Business/Commercial Litigation matters. Ability to independently manage a caseload while collaborating within a team environment. Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills. A portable book of business is welcomed but not required.
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 – $200,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as location/market, skills, education, experience, and other relevant qualifications.
