Sales Executive
to develop and manage our North and Central Florida territory. This full-time role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who enjoys territory ownership and relationship-driven selling. While this is a field-based position, the role is supported by our regional office and operations team. Key Responsibilities
Develop new business and expand existing accounts Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close Conduct in-person client meetings and site visits Prepare proposals and pricing recommendations Negotiate contracts and achieve sales goals Represent Fountain Design Group at industry events and trade shows Deliver outstanding customer service and long-term support Target Customers
Developers General contractors HOAs and master-planned communities Property management companies Golf courses Commercial and industrial properties Qualifications
Proven sales and relationship management skills Experience in B2B, industrial, construction, or technical sales preferred Familiarity with CRM systems Strong communication and time-management skills Ability to work independently in a large geographic territory Experience in outdoor design, landscaping, or water features a plus Bachelor’s degree preferred Valid driver’s license required Compensation & Benefits
