Job Title: HNW Personal Lines Account Executive

$90,000 – $110,000 + Bonus Eligibility Agency Size:

Role Summary The HNW Account Executive will manage a premier book of personal lines business, serving as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth individuals and family offices. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the account—from sophisticated risk assessment and marketing to renewals and claims advocacy.
Key Responsibilities White-Glove Client Management:
Act as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of accounts with premiums typically exceeding $25k–$50k. Strategic Marketing:
Negotiate with premier carriers (Chubb, PURE, AIG Private Client, Cincinnati) to design bespoke insurance programs. Complex Risk Evaluation:
Analyze exposures unique to HNW clients Renewal Strategy:
Conduct proactive annual reviews 90 days out; identify coverage gaps and present Stewardship Reports or comparison spreadsheets to clients/producers. Claims Advocacy:
Serve as the liaison between the client and the carrier’s private client claims group to ensure a seamless resolution of losses.
Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
5–10 years of personal lines experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused on HNW/Private Client segments. Licensing:
Active New York Property & Casualty (P&C) Broker’s License. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Agency Management Systems ( Applied EPIC
or
AMS360 ) and advanced Excel for coverage comparisons. Carrier Knowledge:
Strong existing relationships and portal proficiency with Chubb, PURE, and AIG. Education:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; professional designations (CPCU, CIC, CRM, or CAPI) are a significant plus.
Sample Compensation & Benefits Package Base Salary:
$90,000 – $110,000 (commensurate with book size and experience). Bonuses:
New business commissions and annual retention bonuses. Benefits:
