Role & Impact Own end-to-end sales cycles from discovery through close and early deployment Guide buyers through OCR and LLM-driven workflows with a consultative approach Run deep, technical discovery with engineers, product leaders, and CTOs Build champions and secure executive buy-in for production rollouts Navigate legal, security, and procurement processes

Ideal Candidate Experience with developer tools and AI solutions tied to measurable business outcomes Comfortable selling to engineers and technical executives without heavy SE reliance Consistent attainment in a technical, quota-carrying role High ownership mindset with sound judgment, not afraid to walk away from bad deals Hungry, low-ego, and motivated by building something meaningful Skill set aligns with the recommended skills outlined here.

Compensation OTE: Mid-Market -$300K | Enterprise -$400K (50/50 split) + Series A equity. Uncapped commission & accelerators.
