Role Description We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. This is an on-site role where you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales calls, nurturing leads, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and closing deals. You will also work closely with the account management team to ensure client satisfaction and maintain accurate records of interactions and sales data.

Qualifications Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, demonstrating the ability to address varying client needs effectively Proficiency in Account Management to maintain and grow existing client relationships Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently High-level of self-motivation, adaptability, and problem-solving skills Previous experience using CRM software is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
