Role Description This is a full-time role for a Sales Representative based in Waukesha, WI. The company is experiencing rapid growth and is relocating to a larger office in April of 2026, located in Pewaukee. The primary responsibilities include identifying potential clients, building and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting the company’s products or services. The Sales Representative will collaborate with team members to meet sales goals, answer client queries, and close sales effectively. Additional responsibilities may involve maintaining accurate sales records and contributing to the creation and execution of sales strategies.
Qualifications Proficiency in Sales Strategy and Negotiation Skills Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Customer Service Skills Time Management, Problem-Solving, and Goal-Oriented Approach to Tasks Basic understanding of Business Development and Relationship Management Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required
