The Portland Group is looking for an experienced Kitchen & Bath Showroom Design Consultant for our Spritzo Showroom in Worcester. The qualified candidate must be goal driven and aggressively self-motivated, constantly looking to exceed sales targets and is responsible for the continued growth of Spritzo sales and distribution. Candidate is responsible for all aspects of delivering Spritzo sales and profit through successful design, strategic planning, client relations and timely execution. As a Kitchen & Bath Sales Specialist, you will show clients what is possible in their home and guide them through creating their dream home. This role is responsible for developing profitable relationships with new and returning clients on the showroom floor, and in the design and build communities.

KITCHEN & BATH SHOWROOM DESIGN RESPONSIBILITIES (among other things)
  • Orchestrate the store experience educating clients about possibilities and products while guiding them through a profitable sales process
  • Build proposals and quotes reflecting the needs of the customer
  • Diligently manage customers' requests
  • Execute the client's orders and support the organization in successfully fulfilling orders
  • Interact with industry professionals, cultivate relationships for repeat business and develop a self- sustaining network of clients
  • Proactively learn about industry trends, vendors, the local market and products, including

attending in house and off-site vendor-sponsored training
  • Share knowledge and support with clients
  • Contribute to the overall performance of the showroom where needed
  • Most importantly, the ability to work in a team atmosphere

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
  • Full Time work week: Saturdays & Mondays are required.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • Associate degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one- year related experience and/or training
  • Recent proven successful sales track record in kitchen and bath
  • Experience with a luxury brand and/or in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Willing to train the right candidate
