Inside Account Executives (IAE) engage customers remotely by phone, video, and digital communication to retain and expand sales into new lines of business as well as facilitating introductions to our category experts for more complex business needs. This role is part of a team and does not have assigned accounts.\nIt is a high velocity sales position that leverages a prioritized call list to engage and sell to contacts across the entire standard and low touch customer segment. The goal of a retention representative is to build strong relationships with existing customers, address their concerns, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure they remain loyal and continue to do business with the company. Retaining customers can be crucial for long-term business success and profitability.\nThis is a ONSITE role with a FOUR day (Mon-Thurs) in-office expectation at our Lewisville, TX office.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nLeverage various internal partners to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
