Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize product sales and enhance customer engagement.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage product displays to ensure an inviting shopping experience.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills in product knowledge and customer interaction.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide personalized recommendations.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail environment that reflects the Woodhouse brand.
• Collaborate with management to develop promotional campaigns and special events.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management, with a strong emphasis on sales and customer service.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and staff.
• Knowledge of spa and wellness products is a plus.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management training is preferred.
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
