Job Requisition ID # 26WD94812 Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team at Autodesk. This role is crucial for executing impactful influencer and creator relationship programs that align with Autodesk's brand strategy. You will focus on operational excellence, build and maintain strong relationships, and execute campaigns effectively. In this individual contributor role, you will have the autonomy to manage defined scopes of work and will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver outstanding results that resonate with Autodesk's brand and business priorities. Responsibilities Program Execution: Execute influencer and creator activations aligned with brand social and campaign priorities. Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and coordination of publishing. Ensure all influencer content meets Autodesk's brand, legal, and disclosure standards. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, influencers, and advocates. Support outreach, onboarding, briefing, and ongoing communication with influencers. Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and records of performance. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brand Social, PR, Campaign Marketing, Legal, and Procurement teams. Assist agency partners in sourcing, contracting, and execution of campaigns. Effectively coordinate with global stakeholders across different time zones. Measurement & Optimization: Track performance metrics and assist in reporting campaign outcomes. Identify trends and insights to enhance future activations. Contribute to process improvements and the development of playbooks. P3 Capability Indicators: Demonstrates good judgment within established guidelines. Delivers quality work independently with minimal supervision. Communicates clearly and escalates risks effectively. Consistently applies best practices across all programs. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3-5 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, digital marketing, or brand partnerships. Hands-on experience in managing creator or influencer relationships. Strong understanding of major social media platforms and influencer ecosystems. The Ideal Candidate Takes ownership of executing defined influencer programs and activations. Contributes to global brand initiatives with regional adaptations. Impacts brand perception, reach, and engagement through trusted third-party voices. Operates effectively within established strategies, budgets, and governance models. Salary transparency Compensation is a key part of Autodesk’s competitive package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect starting salaries to range from $76,400 to $131,890, with additional considerations based on experience and location.
