Source and secure competitive quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring the best materials and pricing. Maintain and update cost databases to reflect accurate pricing trends. Identify and address any cost discrepancies to keep project budgets aligned. Compile comprehensive reports that highlight project trends and actionable insights. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project objectives and support overall company success. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years' experience estimating in the residential construction sector. Proficient in QuickBooks and BuilderTrend software. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
