Sales and Customer Support Specialist

Position Summary: As a Sales and Customer Support Specialist, you will deliver quick and friendly service by proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored assistance. You will become knowledgeable about our product offerings using specialized tools, enabling you to effectively communicate information and facilitate complete project sales. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers, identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products. Develop expertise in assigned areas while also having a grasp of adjacent departments. Ensure your assigned areas are well-stocked, clean, and organized for a safe shopping experience. Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety policies and completing training, addressing or reporting hazards immediately. Work collaboratively with your Department Supervisor and fellow associates within and across departments. This role may involve specific responsibilities in various departments, including Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental.
