Your key responsibilities will include: Welcoming customers with a friendly demeanor and assessing their needs Offering insightful product recommendations and successfully finalizing sales Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment for all Collaborating closely with your Department Supervisor and fellow team members Ensuring your designated areas are well-stocked and visually appealing Addressing basic inquiries related to surrounding departments All associates are expected to prioritize safety by adhering to policies, completing safety training, identifying and rectifying hazards, and reporting any unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty. This role may encompass various store departments including Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental.
