Sales and Customer Engagement Associate

Position Overview: As a Sales and Customer Engagement Associate, you will be essential in delivering prompt and friendly assistance to our customers. Your primary goal will be to engage with customers actively, understand their needs, and provide personalized support to help them achieve their project objectives. In this dynamic role, you will: Leverage available resources to gain in-depth knowledge of various products and effectively convey this information to customers, facilitating a seamless sales experience. Develop expertise in greeting, qualifying, recommending, and successfully closing sales with every customer you encounter within your department. Ensure your assigned areas are clean, organized, and safe, maintaining a pleasant shopping environment that is fully stocked. Collaborate closely with your Department Supervisor and fellow associates to elevate customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures by promptly addressing potential hazards, completing safety training, and reporting unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty. You may find yourself working in various departments, including Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental.
