Your responsibilities will include: Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to provide personalized assistance. Utilize our tools and resources to gain in-depth knowledge about products. Guide customers through the purchasing process, from initial greeting to finalizing sales. Maintain organized and visually appealing merchandise displays in your assigned area. Ensure a clean, safe, and shop-able environment while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with the Department Supervisor and fellow associates to enhance customer satisfaction. Areas you may work in include Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental. Whether you are working as a Department Sales Associate, Lead Generator, Pro Account Sales expert, Sales Specialist, or Customer Order Specialist, your contributions will be vital to our success!
