If you are eager for unparalleled earning potential, you’ve found the right opportunity. Most of our Store Managers, District Managers, and Regional Vice Presidents advanced from the Account Manager role. In this energetic position, you will manage rental accounts by providing outstanding customer service, promoting new products, driving account performance, handling deliveries and pickups, maintaining the store environment, and managing early-stage collections. This role is crucial for fostering sales growth and maintaining account viability through the creation of solid customer relationships while upholding our mission and core values. Key Responsibilities
Manage a designated portfolio of accounts, fostering strong customer relationships. Conduct early-stage collections (1-6 days overdue) and achieve daily/weekly collection metrics. Maintain account health and secure payment commitments through effective account management tools. Execute assigned delivery routes, pickups, and account follow-ups. Deliver exceptional customer service in-store, via phone, and in clients’ homes. Drive sales growth by generating new rental agreements. Safely transport, install, and manage merchandise. Uphold showroom standards and maintain company vehicles. Follow all company safety and operational procedures. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 18 years of age. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Physical Requirements
Capability to lift and move significant merchandise. Able to drive a box truck. Comfortable standing and driving for extended periods. Schedule & Work Environment
Full-time, Monday-Saturday. Sundays are off, plus one weekday. A physically active role involving lifting, bending, and standing. Benefits
