Position Overview
Join us as a Client Relations Specialist, where 99% of our Store Managers, District Managers, and Regional Vice Presidents began their careers in this role! As a vital part of our team, you'll manage rental accounts and provide top-notch customer service, promote new products, enhance account performance, handle deliveries and pickups, and conduct preliminary collections. Your role is crucial in supporting sales growth and fostering strong customer relationships while upholding our mission and core values.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a dedicated portfolio of accounts while nurturing and developing strong customer relationships
Carry out early-stage collections (16 days overdue) and achieve daily and weekly collection goals
Maintain account wellness and secure payment commitments using account management systems
Complete assigned delivery and pickup routes along with account follow-ups
Provide exceptional customer service in-store, via phone, and at customer residences
Drive sales growth by generating new rental agreements
Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise
Ensure showroom standards and maintain company vehicles
Follow all company safety and operational guidelines
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise
Ability to drive a box truck
Willingness to stand and drive for extended periods
Schedule & Work Environment
This is a full-time position, Monday through Saturday, with Sundays and one weekday off.
Expect a physically active role that requires lifting, bending, and standing.
