Position: Remote Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative

Are you ready to make a real impact in an innovative company that encourages fresh ideas and perspectives? You will receive training Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for 5-6 weeks, setting you up for success in your role.
Available Shifts:
Flexibility needed between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM on Mondays and Thursdays, and 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries from NJ Family Care beneficiaries and community organizations. Engage in one-on-one telephone interactions with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees. Document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances accurately. Input application and enrollment information into a web-based system for telephone applicants. Maintain proficiency in NJ Family Care program rules and guidelines. Provide clear, accurate, and objective information regarding program requirements. Requirements: Familiarity with a call center environment and customer service best practices. Ability to maintain effective relationships with applicants, beneficiaries, and coworkers. Proficient problem-solving skills with a focus on empathy and commitment. Willingness to work with a diverse range of individuals. High School diploma or GED required. Must complete an internet speed test to meet minimum requirements. Background check and drug screening are required. Due to state and local minimum wage laws, we can only hire candidates in areas where our compensation structure is compliant. Currently, we cannot hire in the following locations: AK, CA, HI, MA, IL, MT, NY, and several metro areas including but not limited to Minneapolis, Chicago, New York City, Portland, Montgomery County, Seattle, and Washington, DC.
