ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Support and maintain information security technologies effectively. Analyze and resolve information security issues. Complete project tasks to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of security initiatives. Communicate security information clearly to employees and management. Assist with incident response and Change Management procedures. Conduct risk assessments in compliance with HIPAA and PCI standards. Ensure adherence to security standards, policies, and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. EDUCATION Required Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Computer Science, or a related field. Substitutions 5 years of experience in Information Security, Governance, Risk, Compliance, IT, or Business Analysis can substitute for degree. EXPERIENCE Required 3 - 5 years of experience in Information Security and Systems Analysis. 3 - 5 years of experience in Information Security Risk Management or IT. 3 - 5 years of experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance functions. 3 - 5 years of experience presenting security concepts to diverse audiences. 3 - 5 years of experience with security technologies like IPS, firewalls, and SEIM. Preferred 5 - 7 years of experience in information security and systems analysis. Experience with HITRUST CSF, NIST 800-83, and handling audits such as SOC 2. GRC tool experience, such as ARCHER is a plus. In-depth knowledge of network security architecture. LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS Required None Preferred Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). SKILLS Understanding of HITRUST CSF, NIST frameworks, HIPAA, PCI, COBIT, ISO standards. Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and secure SDLC practices. Proficient in Microsoft Apps and related technologies. Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills. TRAVEL REQUIREMENT 0% - 25% WORKING CONDITIONS This position is office-based and may require occasional travel to various work sites. The role may involve teaching or training others regularly. Physical work at specified locations is required. Pay Range Minimum:
$67,500.00 Pay Range Maximum:
