Position Details Job Title: QA Engineer - Manual Testing for Salesforce Experience Level: 2-4 Years (Minimum of 2 years Salesforce experience required) Job Type: Full-Time Location: Fully Remote Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 PM - 3 AM (Bangladesh Time) Salary Range: 60,000-100,000 BDT (depending on experience) Key Responsibilities Salesforce & API Testing Perform detailed functional, regression, integration, and system testing on Salesforce applications. Develop and execute API test cases using Postman to validate the functionality, security, and performance of RESTful and SOAP APIs. Create and maintain thorough test cases for Salesforce and additional enterprise applications. Conduct various types of manual testing, including functional, usability, exploratory, and compatibility tests across platforms. Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA; analyze root causes, create detailed bug reports, and support debugging. Test Execution & Reporting Execute smoke tests, integration tests, sanity tests, and regression tests to ensure application quality and reliability. Collaborate with development teams for seamless integration and deliver high-quality software. Document test cases, results, and strategies to maintain accurate QA documentation and ensure complete traceability. Enterprise-Level Software Testing Ensure quality assurance for large-scale Salesforce applications by following structured testing methodologies and documentation best practices. Work closely with business stakeholders to verify Salesforce functionality and system improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce testing required. Strong experience in API testing using Postman. Sound knowledge of algorithms and data structures for effective test scenario analysis. Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java for debugging and test case creation is essential. Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC), software testing life cycle (STLC), and Agile practices is expected. Test automation experience is a plus. Analytical & Communication Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are vital for clearly conveying complex technical information. Fluency in English is a requirement, as direct collaboration with U.S.-based project teams is needed. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
