Due to internal advancement, we are seeking a Director of Ambulatory Operations to lead performance across our Neurosciences clinics, supporting neurology, neurosurgery, PM&R and Pain with related subspecialties. This role demands a sophisticated healthcare leader who can navigate high-acuity patient populations, complex diagnostic and procedural workflows, and strong physician partnerships — all while driving measurable outcomes in access, quality, financial stewardship, and employee engagement. Achieve department and organizational goals to ensure optimal outcomes for designated patient populations. Develop annual operating budget with accountability to manage assigned ambulatory clinics within the approved operating budget. Responsible for the hiring, firing, counseling and evaluation of clinic management. Initiate and maintain effective communication to promote positive organizational relationships.
**Required Qualifications:** **Director of Ambulatory Operations Neurosciences**
• Minimum of 7 years of healthcare operations experience required. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing or related field required.
• Ability to think and act strategically required.
• Ability to work with physicians and communicate complex information required.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results required.
• Passionate about realizing the potential for great healthcare in the ambulatory setting and ability to transmit that passion to others required.
• Ability to succeed in a very complex, fast paced and changing environment where decision making may be diffuse and ambiguous required.
**Preferred Qualifications: Director of Ambulatory Operations Neurosciences**
• Ambulatory clinic operations management experience preferred.
