Estimator , your role will be pivotal in ensuring transparency and value throughout the building process. Estimator Responsibilities: Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction, including labor and material expenses. Utilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as necessary. Draft and present comprehensive budgets, reports, and project plans. Develop and manage estimates for multiple projects concurrently. Collaborate with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams while also demonstrating the ability to work autonomously. Estimator Qualifications: 1+ years of experience estimating commercial construction projects. B.S. in Construction Management or a related field is strongly preferred.
