Estimator , your vital contributions will ensure transparency and maximum value throughout the entire construction process. Your Responsibilities: Prepare precise estimates of construction budget costs, covering labor and material expenses. Utilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering techniques as needed. Create and present thorough budgets, reports, and project plans. Handle estimates for multiple projects concurrently. Collaborate effectively with clients, owners, field teams, and design groups, while also demonstrating strong autonomy. Qualifications We Are Seeking: A minimum of 1 year of experience in estimating commercial construction projects. A B.S. in Construction Management or a related field is highly preferred.
