Estimator , your contributions will be crucial in maintaining transparency and ensuring value throughout the building process. Your Responsibilities: Prepare detailed estimates of budget costs for construction, encompassing labor and material expenses. Employ Conceptual Design and Value Engineering techniques as required. Create and present comprehensive budgets, reports, and project plans. Manage estimates for multiple projects simultaneously. Work collaboratively with clients, owners, field teams, and design groups, while also demonstrating a strong ability to work autonomously. Qualifications We Are Seeking: A minimum of 1 year of experience in estimating commercial construction projects. A B.S. in Construction Management or a related field is strongly preferred.
