We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our rapidly expanding Sports and Real Money Gaming (RMG) team. In this role, you will report to a Sales Manager and leverage your 5+ years of experience in selling digital advertising solutions to Sports Leagues, RMG clients, and their advertising agencies. Your goal will be to effectively grow and scale the advertising revenues within this category.

Key Job Responsibilities

Driving upfront and annual media commitments across holding companies, independent agencies, and clients directly

Developing and executing bespoke customer‑led sports sales strategies to onboard new brands and grow existing relationships

Establishing and delivering the Live Sports and Amazon Ads narrative in the marketplace to grow our position and influence in sports

Identifying opportunities to establish new innovative sports media and Amazon Ads partnerships

Achieving quarterly and yearly sales targets, negotiating partnerships with clients and agencies, and delivering the highest level of sales and customer service

Our ad solutions—video (inclusive of live sports and prime video), display, and custom ads—leverage Amazon’s innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage audiences throughout their daily journeys. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self‑service and managed service, these solutions help our core clients build brand awareness and drive measurable outcomes. The environment is fast‑paced and requires someone who is highly enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, flexible, detail‑oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple teams across multiple locales.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of digital media ad sales experience

Experience closing sales and generating revenue

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
