Location:

Western United States (Generous relocation package available)

Compensation:

This job is expected to pay a base of about $275k plus bonus and incentives

What You’ll Do:

Lead the evolution of a digitally dominant, social‑first brand strategy that drives cultural relevance and measurable business growth

Own and scale influencer, creator, and content ecosystems with a disciplined test‑and‑learn mindset

Translate consumer insights, data, and emerging platform trends into clear strategic direction and high‑impact brand initiatives

Oversee Creative and Social teams, evaluating structure and building a high‑performing, innovation‑focused organization

Partner closely with executive leadership to ensure brand strategy aligns with long‑term enterprise growth objectives

What Gets You the Job:

15+ years of progressive brand and marketing leadership experience at enterprise scale

Proven success modernizing established brands through digital, social, and influencer strategy

Strong strategic instincts combined with the ability to operate in the details and execute with precision

Experience leading integrated brand initiatives across multiple consumer touchpoints and platforms

Background in hospitality, sports, entertainment, cruise, lifestyle, or other digitally forward consumer industries
