Join our dynamic team as a Product Owner focused on enhancing the B2B eCommerce and product data ecosystem. You will play a crucial role in steering our roadmap and ensuring effective delivery, driving key metrics like incremental digital revenue, portal adoption, and self-service order percentage. Your goal will be to enrich the end-to-end customer experience from product data management to ordering and self-service solutions. In this role, you'll collaborate extensively with business stakeholders, especially in Marketing and Digital, as well as with our IT enterprise systems team and delivery partners. What You'll Own

B2B eCommerce (BigCommerce):

Develop customer-specific catalogs/entitlements, manage account structures and permissions, and enhance self-service ordering journeys for improved adoption and conversion. Product Information Management (Perfion):

Lead taxonomy and attribute strategy, oversee enrichment workflows, and ensure data quality for digital channels. Integration Management (OIC):

Create requirements for seamless data flows across platforms, covering product, customer, pricing, and order with strict SLAs and error handling practices. What You'll Do

Continuously refine a

multi-quarter roadmap

and maintain a prioritized backlog for B2B eCommerce and PIM capabilities. Engage in discovery sessions with stakeholders and users to uncover and resolve friction points in vital customer journeys (search, product details, account-specific visibility, checkout, and order status). Specify the requirements for

customer-specific catalogs/entitlements , including roles, permissions, and account hierarchy behavior. Drive product data readiness at scale, enhancing

taxonomy, attributes, and enrichment workflows

to improve findability and conversion rates. Set integration requirements and define data contracts via

OIC , covering key aspects like movement timing, validation rules, and failure handling protocols. Manage delivery with development teams, Enterprise Apps, and integration vendors, including writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria while leading UAT and release readiness efforts. Track and report KPIs such as

incremental revenue ,

portal adoption ,

% of self-served orders , and assess funnel performance along with reducing data and integration-related issues. Support operational excellence through effective release communications, training, and post-launch evaluations. Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Platform Owner role within B2B eCommerce, PIM/MDM, or integration-centric digital platforms. Demonstrated expertise in defining B2B capabilities like

customer-specific catalogs/entitlements , account hierarchies, and roles/permissions management. Proven leadership experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors throughout the product lifecycle. Strong grasp of integration concepts (APIs, iPaaS, ETL; understanding real-time vs batch processes) and the significant influence of data quality on customer experience. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills across a multi-business unit environment. Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with

BigCommerce B2B ,

Perfion , and/or

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) . Experience managing large-catalog environments and optimizing taxonomy/attribute strategies. A strong analytics mindset focusing on funnels, adoption metrics, and continuous experimentation. Pay Range
